Yes — but you should get it fixed. P0128 is not an emergency that will leave you stranded. However, driving with the engine running colder than designed will increase fuel consumption, increase emissions, and can cause the DPF (on diesels) to clog more quickly because it won't complete regeneration cycles. Prolonged driving with a stuck-open thermostat can also lead to increased wear due to poor oil warm-up.
